生煎包
和朋友吃飯,討論生煎包是如何做出來?“食家”們都說是煎熟的,我始終覺得不大可能。
剛巧昨天在街市看見制作過程,原來是先用水煮到差不多熟才煎的。由此可知,沒有見過的東西,不要肯定的說。同樣地,不要太相信“專家”的話。
